Self Realization Fellowship

Located on an impressive part of the San Diego County coast, the Self Realization Fellowship (commonly referred to as SRF) occupies a large estate on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. At the point on the Historic 101 (Coast Hwy) in which it bends left heading south towards Cardiff then Solana Beach, SRF marks the gateway of the south end of the 101 drag through downtown Encinitas.

With pleasant walkways that culminate at tranquil koi ponds, a stroll on the grounds is a very peaceful adventure that successfully erases the stresses of the day.

There is an area on the grounds, overlooking the ocean, with a placard that states that the main worship structure that was built at that location when Paramahansa Yogananda founded the fellowship partially collapsed along the bluff.
