Manifest Destiny, Go West!

California is on the chart 6 out of 10 times, as a home destination leading the nation's housing recovery. That's some pretty great news! Furthermore, our beloved San Diego finds itself in the top 9 position. You'll notice, 2 of the 10 are in Washington State, also in the Western United States.

In our American History, "go west" was the key phrase to new settlers. But in the late 1800's a man named Ford - maybe you've heard of him :) - began his little motorized carriage operation in Detroit. Now we know over the past few years this town has taken a big hit, but it's nice to see that it holds the lucky number 7 spot on the chart of Turnaround Towns.
